MOUNT TYPES: To ensure a proper fit inside the window frame, inside mounted bamboo roman shades will have a deduction of approximately 3/8 taken. Inside mounted bamboo shades require a minimum frame depth of 2 inches for secure installation. If your window frame depth is less than 2 inches, please select an outside mount. Outside mounted bamboo shades should be ordered with the exact width of the area you wish to cover. Outside mounts are often used when there is not sufficient frame depth for inside mounting. Our shades come with all mounting hardware for both inside mount and outside mount.

INSIDE MOUNT MEASUREMENT: Step 1. Measure the inside frame width at three locations - the top, middle, and bottom. Record the smallest of the 3 measurements and use that number as your inside width when ordering. Step 2. Measure the height at 3 locations - the left, middle, and right side. Record the smallest of the 3 measurements and use the number as your inside width when ordering.

OUTSIDE MOUNT MEASUREMENT: Step 1. Measure the outside frame width, adding 3-6 inches to be the outside mount width. Step 2. Measure the outside frame length, adding 4-6 inches to be the outside mount length. The overlap is recommended to allow appropriate coverage and avoid any light gaps.

We will double-confirm the order information, so please reply to the email within 48 hours after you placed the order. If we don't get your reply within 48 hours, we will make the cordless bamboo blinds to the size as your order request.

INSIDE MOUNT: Measure the window's internal width and height. Choose the WINDOW WIDTH and Height to create the order. We will deduct 3/8 inch on the window width when producing the cordless bamboo roman shades. Please note that the window depth should be more than 2 inches, otherwise, please choose an outside mount. For example, if the window size is 50" wide by 40" height, the final cordless bamboo roman shades size will be 49 5/8" wide by 40" height.

OUTSIDE MOUNT: Measure the window's external width and height. Add 3-5 inches to the window width and 5-10 inches to the height to get the bamboo window shades dimension. Select the exact cordless bamboo roman shade size you need to create the order. We won't take any deduction. For example, if the window size is 50" wide by 40" height, the final bamboo blinds size will be 54" wide by 45" height, if there is enough space.
